Please read our policies in full before reserving an appointment.
Questions or concerns regarding appointments should be directed via text to 443-380-0491 with your first and last name and your issue or concern. Monday - Friday ONLY, 9am-6pm. Texts received outside of business hours will be answered the next business day. Email is also acceptable.
All reservations require a deposit or full payment to reserve your appointment.
All reservations that result in a “No Call No Show” or cancelled by the client or by BrowoloJy due to the clients lateness are non refundable/non transferable/charged in full.
All reservations can be rescheduled/cancelled before 24hrs prior to your reservation. Deposit/payment is fully refunded or transferable. (Ex. Your reservation is scheduled for 1pm on Friday, you can mange your reservation using your confirmation email BEFORE 1pm on Thursday).
Changes to services reserved (AFTER 24hr cancellation period) will not be partially refunded. (Ex. Brows & Tint changes to just Brows)
PLEASE ARRIVE 10-15 MINS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION to allow enough time for finding parking, getting your mask and checking in at the concierge desk. If you are EARLY for your appt, send a TEXT (443-380-0491) and we will let you know if it’s ok to enter the suite. FRIDAYS are EXTREMELY busy and it can take longer to find parking. Please plan accordingly.
Lateness that results in cancelled/modified services are non refundable & non transferable. Please text if you are going to be more than 3-5 mins late to ensure we can still accommodate you.
